Third Party Check Sheet

This form is to be completed by any business that is supplying goods to be used on a clients wedding or celebration cake. This document has been created based on Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommendations. These should be part of your current standard procedures to ensure safety and suitability of the flowers (fresh/dried/artificial) and any cake toppers, charms or other none edible goods that are provided for use with an edible product. We at TSPCAKE will create a food barrier between the goods supplied and the edible item. However we can only work with none toxic flowers and foliage.

Please confirm that none of the following flowers will be provided for the cake - these are TOXIC and DANGEROUS FLOWERS

A HACCP form will be completed on site by TSPCAKE and items will be wrapped and prepared for use on the cake with food safe tape, cocktails sticks, food safe wrapped wires and posey picks. TSPCAKE takes no responsibility for the products supplied by a third party.
