Let’s talk flavour, I work hard to produce great wedding cake flavours, trying to use seasonal produce where possible to give the best product for your big day. You can choose from the following flavours in my wedding cake range.

I love to bake beautiful cakes that all your guests will enjoy and have designed my flavours to appeal to everyone. I use the best ingredients I can, British butter, organic free range eggs, Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and luxury fondant icing. Your wedding cake will be made up of layers of richly flavoured sponge cake, filled with homemade jams, curds, caramels and syrups. I use silky Swiss meringue buttercream throughout and rich indulgent ganaches. My fondant cakes are covered with a thin layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache before I finish with 3mm of the best quality fondant icing.

  • Allergen Information - Your venue/caterers will be provided with a list of allergens on your delivery sheet. All cakes contain WHEAT/EGG/DAIRY some contain NUTS and SOYA. Although I do cater for dietary needs I advise Tspcake is not a certified ‘free from’ business. Please refer to my terms and conditions for further guidance.

 
 

Signature Flavours

Raspberry and White Chocolate - Flavours of the classic Victoria sponge cake taken to a new depth with a vanilla sponge cake rippled with raspberries, filled with zingy raspberry compote and white chocolate buttercream.

Lemon and White chocolate - Super moist lemon sponge cake, soaked with lemon drizzle and filled with a bitter sweet lemon marmalade and white chocolate buttercream. So refreshing and light. Make it extra special and add elderflower syrup for a beautiful summer flavour. (Optional elderflower syrup not available as a sample)

Chocolate - A rich chocolate cake, filled with a whipped salted dark chocolate ganache buttercream.

Caramel - The most indulgent golden syrup sponge cake, filled with Caramel buttercream and homemade salted caramel sauce.

Burnt Butter & Cookie Dough - warmly fragrant burnt butter sponge cake paired with cookie dough and chocolate swirled vanilla buttercream.

Spiced Orange and Pistachio- Squidgy, spicy and full of zesty orange paired with pistachio buttercream. If you love carrot cake you’ll love this! (CONTAINS NUTS)

Tiramisu - Coffee sponge cake soaked with Marsala wine and rich Columbian espresso, filled with creamy coffee buttercream and a dusting of bitter cocoa powder. (CONTAINS ALCOHOL) - Don’t fancy booze, swap for a luxurious mocha ganache filling for a yummy mocha cake.

Something fruity?

Almond and Mixed Berry - A delicate almond sponge cake soaked in almond syrup and filled with mixed berry compote and whipped vanilla bean buttercream. This one is for all the Bakewell Tart fans out there! (CONTAINS NUTS)

Strawberry and Vanilla Bean - Light vanilla bean sponge cake soaked with vanilla syrup, filled with smooth vanilla bean buttercream and homemade strawberry compote folded through.

Blueberry and Lemon - Moist lemon sponge cake scattered with juicy blueberries, drizzled with lemon syrup and filled with blueberry compote and vanilla bean buttercream

Rhubarb and Custard - Moist vanilla bean sponge cake filled with tart rhubarb compote and custard buttercream.

Coconut, Passionfruit and Milk Chocolate - Squishy coconut sponge cake filled with tart passionfruit compote, silky milk chocolate ganache buttercream.

Chocolate Orange - A squidgy chocolate orange cake filled with chocolate orange ganache buttercream.

Chocolate and Caramel - Rich chocolate fudge cake filled with sticky salted caramel and caramel buttercream.

Hazelnut and Chocolate - Luxury chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate and hazelnut praline ganache. (CONTAINS NUTS)

Red Velvet - A subtle chocolate flavoured red sponge cake filled with white chocolate buttercream. A take on a classic American treat.

Chocolate and Cherry - Amaretti soaked chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate buttercream and cherry compote. (CONTAINS ALCOHOL)

Sticky Biscoff - Rich sticky toffee and cinnamon sponge filled with gooey salted caramel, cinnamon crunch crumble and Biscoff buttercream.

Brandy Soaked Fruit Cake - A rich fruit and nut cake soaked in brandy - only available as a cutting cake (CONTAINS ALCOHOL/NUTS - NOT AVAILABLE FOR SAMPLES)
