Let’s talk flavour, I work hard to produce great wedding cake flavours, trying to use seasonal produce where possible to give the best product for your big day. You can choose from the following flavours in my wedding cake range.
I love to bake beautiful cakes that all your guests will enjoy and have designed my flavours to appeal to everyone. I use the best ingredients I can, British butter, organic free range eggs, Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and luxury fondant icing. Your wedding cake will be made up of layers of richly flavoured sponge cake, filled with homemade jams, curds, caramels and syrups. I use silky Swiss meringue buttercream throughout and rich indulgent ganaches. My fondant cakes are covered with a thin layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache before I finish with 3mm of the best quality fondant icing.
