Finally the crazy wedding season has come to an end, I do still have a good amount of cakes on the run up to Christmas but I’m so happy to be able to take a breath and re-focus. This little break has me thinking about where I want the business to go and my cake signature. I’m going to be taking the next few months to really focus in on my style and development. I have lots of wonderful cakes booked in next year and I can’t wait to catch up with couples to start fine tuning our ideas. I’ll definitely be focusing on sugar flowers as they really are the perfect choice for cakes. I’ll pop a post up soon talking about the pros and cons of different flowers. Do you have a preference?
